Good news ! China has declared they will become major green world power?
How about three cheers for the White House and Obama for getting them to do this instead of waiting for the U.S. If the world’s biggest economy can turn green by cooperating, why can’t we?
I meant to say the world’s biggest emitter, I think we still have the larger economy.

We could do it here but there are too many lazy, don’t give a shit people here. They don’t recycle because they cannot take the time or don’t care to, they don’t believe humans are contributing to the climate changes, etc. They are ignorant and lazy. Hopefully, there are enough of us out there that care that we can turn things around without the idiots - and their kids and grandkids will benefit as well.
I yelled at my long time neighbor just the other day - she won’t recycle because the garbage guys left a can on her sidewalk and didn’t pick it up. I told her "so the earth has to suffer because you are at war with the garbage guys". Just pick up the dam can. She just needed an excuse to support her laziness.

China can see the sense in it - it will be more profitable for them to produce their own power, rather than import the colossal amount of fuel in from abroad that they currently do, for a start.
Unfortunately, part of the American economy is built on oil, which is why the USA, along with most of the other oil-producing states, continues to say "well, we’re not sure, so we won’t do anything" despite the overwhelming evidence. If I was the Maldives, I would sue all the countries that are doing nothing.

You trust China? Why???? They want to sell us carbon credits…they claim because of their "population control" (forced abortions) that they have carbon credits to spare. And we are going to buy them! How is that going GREEN? Are they going to have fewer smoke stacks as they pour mercury into the ocean, or less air conditioning as they put lead in the toys, florescent bulbs where they poison the baby formula & pet food?

Yes, We need to be prepared for the Global Cooling! I find this interesting due to recent cover up… The Earth has actually been cooling for several years now. Global is another one of Al Gore’s inventions (e.g. the internet, global warming, etc…) This was invented to take more of your hard earner tax dollars just like this Obama Care is set to do.. If it is so great why do not the Lawmakers and the President be the pilot project to see if they like it. No can do.. We make the laws for you little people you know the people that have to pay for our hair brained give away programs!

They will do what they like and tell us what we want to hear.
We can send in inspectors and they will see what the Chinese want them to see.
