green lantern power ring?

let’s say a character were to obtain several different lantern corps rings, would he be able to use them all? For example, if he had a red, orange, and yellow or green ring could he harness the power of all three? Wouldn’t that make him insanely powerful? Thanks

    each ring works off of different emotions ie green is willpower blue is hope red is rage. perhaps if you got colors closely connected to each other but i don’t think mixing red and blue would do you any good they would cancel each other out. but im no gl expert
