How “Green” does Gore live?
I am interested in how environmentally friendly Gore lives since I think a person’s actions say more than his words. Any help would be appreciated.
Does he live in a small house and not use much electricity?
Does he drive a small car with great gas mileage?
Does he fly on private jets or does he catch a flight in airports?
Overall does he use more or less energy than the average US citizen?

I’ve got one of those mass-emails somewhere that show a pic of Gore’s ranch. It’s utility bills are like several thousand monthly. I’ve forgotten all the other details, but one thing’s for sure…It’s way NOT GREEN.
ADDED: Here it is: "A 20 room mansion ( not including 8 bathrooms ) heated by natural gas. Add on a pool ( and a pool house) and a separate guest house, all heated by gas. In one month this residence consumes more energy than the average American household does in a year. The average bill for electricity and natural gas runs over $2400. In natural gas alone, this property consumes more than 20 times the national average for an American home. This house is not situated in a Northern or Midwestern ’snow belt’ area. It’s in the South. [This house] is outside of Nashville, Tennessee; it is the abode of the ‘environmentalist ‘ Al Gore. "

This is called an ad hominem attack.
Gore being a hypocrite does not affect the validity of his argument.

I don’t know everything about Al Gore, but he probably uses more energy than the average citizen just from traveling around to spread the word about global warming. But I think he’s doing more for humankind than the average citizen. People do need to be informed about what’s going on. And they need to be informed with statistics, which he has in his presentations.

Global Warming isn’t a fact because Al Gore says so. Global Warming is a fact because the overwhelming amount of scientific evidence indicates that it is so.
EDIT: The people breaking off massive ice shelves from Antarctica are going way out of their way for a hoax.

His house uses five times the electricity of the average house in America. He is a hypocrite who made a movie about global warming strictly for money. Like many politicians, he could care less in reality.

Gore has several very large houses. He may have just gotten a hybrid car, but flies most everywhere. Private jets. I would say he consumes much more than the average person. I would love to know who made him an expert on global warming.

Global warming? What are you fools talking about. Its been cooling for ten years and we had snow here on April1 and I have lived here my whole life and have never seen snow in April.
Science has proven nothing and now they are talking about shooting pollution into the atmosphere to cool the earth? Hello isn’t it the pollution that’s making it warm.
You "science is the answer" fools need to get your heads out of your rear ends and see what any normal person with two brain cells to rub together can see. Right now the earth is cooling and the Global warming Hype currently called climate change because they have egg on their face because its getting COLDER not warmer are only trying to make money off you.
Go look at where Gore’s money is if you don’t believe me.
This is why no right minded person believes you science freaks on this or evolution or big bang. Everything you believe in is based on faith of another mans words, and he usually has his hand in your pocket… Try using scientific principles and figure out if it warmer or cooler now than it was ten years ago. Idiots. Clue. if your still wearing a coat or long sleeves in a time of year when your normally in a tee shirt… Its colder.
Thought I should point that out because I’m not sure you could reach that conclusion on your own… after all Al Gore says its warmer…
