Is it true that drinking green tea will help you lose weight?
I remember reading somewhere that drinking green tea will help with weight loss, but I'm not sure if it's true. Does it really? How does that work? Does adding sugar or honey to it affect the weight loss…it's really disgusting plain

You probably already know this, but the first four answers are all spammers (oh, maybe not the first one, I'm not sure). I think most of them pasted the same response to my unrelated health question a while ago.
I think green tea will help you lose weight IF you don't throw a lot of sugar and milk and crap into it. I think the main way it will help you lose weight is if you'll be substituting it for worse drinks like 800-Calorie Starbucks gutpumpers. It's better than soft drinks or alcohol, at least.
Here's a wikipedia link:

I would be careful about trusting other sources because, as you can see, there are a lot of people making a lot of money by misinforming people like you. At least with wikipedia the risk of con artists is a lot lower.
