Is it true the grass and trees are a darker green color in Canada compared to the states?

I think that the warmer the climate, the more acidic the soil, which makes the color of grass more light-green to yellow as you go South.

Where as in Canada the grass is a darker shade of green whenever it isn’t brown.

Is this correct?
Summer grass is a darker shade of green in Canada.

On another note, where can I climb the trees and hang in the bushes in Canada?

Yes, I think the grass is greener, at least in some parts of Canada - probably because of the humid and temperate climate as much as from the different soil compostion. In the southern states I found that any grass that did grow was very difficult to maintain and often did not even look like real grass.

If you want to climb a huge tree, try a redwood in British Columbia - that would be a challenge. If you want to hang out in the "bush" go to any rural part of Canada - northern Ontario, Quebec, Atlantic Canada. For bush and forests like nowhere else in the world go to Labrador - but watch out for the black flies - they could carry you away.
