Is the power box in the back yard hurting people’s health?

I am recently looking for a house in Houston TX and I saw one with a green power box in the back yard. The box is as big as an end table. Will those kind of box hurt people’s health? Will this be a problem for resale the house?

    No. Of course not. It goes with the underground wiring used in that neighborhood. Savvy buyers look at that and say "Oh Good. We don’t have to look at ugly exposed wiring and worry about it coming down in a storm." It is also not a hazard to anyone’s health. I don’t know where you picked up an idea like that.
