Is your disk in right? Sometimes the disks get jammed if the console is standing upright.

If it’s flashing green, it could be a connection problem with your controllers. Have they got working batteries? Are they fully synced to the console?

Flashing green shouldn’t be a problem, red should be. What happens when you can’t play?

First, install new batteries in your controller and re-sync it with the console. If that doesn’t help, try laying your console on its side, if you have it standing on end. If it’s still borked, then it’s time to call MS.

    Good luck.
