RCA Tv blinks green when i push the power button but won’t turn on?

I have an RCA w/vcr tv. Im tryin to turn it on but when i push the power button, It blinks green but will not turn on. Any ideas?

    Maybe you are commanding the VCR, select the TV button and try again.
    Did you check the remote batteries?

    Count the #of times that the light blinks than call rca or an electronics repair store because it sound like the tv is giving a error code. Also check the manual and see if it explains what’s going on.

    SOOO. I Have The Same Problem And Was Looking For A Fix MySelf. So I Took The Advice To Call The Repair Shop. Anddddd. He Said With Rca Tvs The Transformer Tends To Go Out Esp. In Older Ones.

    He Said It Would Be Around 300-350 If Thats What It Was. He Also Said To Unplug It Overnight Then Try Again In The Morning And There Was A Chance It Might Turn Back On.

    I Can Tell You Right Now If It Comes Back On Dont Turn It Off Again. When Ours Started Doing This I Just Left The Tv On Becuase It Took Pressing The Power On Button A Gazillion Times To Get It On.

    I Know It Could Burn The Tv Out Quicker, But We Are Trying To Save For A New One. So It Pretty Much Just Buys Us Time.
