i have a healthy diet, eating alot of fresh fruits and vegetables. however, i dont eat much (3 meals a day but small portions). i exercise moderately too (hours of shopping/walking 2x a week, running 2 miles 2x a week). i’ve been drinking green tea in order to relax more and to have more energy and seldomly drink juices and sodas. i sleep around 6-7 hours a day. im a calm person but i dont have as much as energy as i used to have. one big reason could be because i constantly clean the house/do dishes, whereas before i did not. any suggestions on how to improve my energy? btw im 18 years old female

Love iced green tea and was wondering if i should keep my pitcher of green tea at room temp or in the fridge. prefer refrigerated but am wondering if the antioxidant power would be kept or lost more quickly compared to room temp tea….

I remember reading somewhere that drinking green tea will help with weight loss, but I'm not sure if it's true. Does it really? How does that work? Does adding sugar or honey to it affect the weight loss…it's really disgusting plain

If so by how much? Is it worth it to make it a point to drink green tea to help you lose weight (while also eating healthy and exercising five times a week)? Or are its effects not that significant?

i read on internet that green tea kills bacteria in mouth and is anticavity, antiplaque and anti-gingivitis too. Then the webpage said that several scientific studies prove it.
are these facts true or false?
i tried to experiment on this fact. i decided that if i have bad breath, i will try drinking green tea instead of using mouthwash. My breath indeed improved a lot after drinking green tea. If that is true, why is it so?

Well, I was wondering if it’s true that green tea can make you lose weight if you incorporate it into your diet? Is it true?

I wanna take a green tea supplement and a multivitamin but I don’t want the green tea to cancel out the vitamin health benefits, and I heard it could. Is this true?
