What happened to the latest green bill ?

I remember there was a bill about solar energy brought up in the congress recently. What happened to that, and when will it be discussed again?
Also, will the passage of that bill boost the solar stocks significantly?

    I heard about that and Obama saying he will invest a lot in alternative energy but was saying this before he got elected. Right now our biggest problem is "BAD DEBT" . The answer to your question is the US is in billions or trillions of dollars in debt. This is what is going on now, the Government/President is working real hard to get the economy in good shape. The highest priority is getting out of debt and the lowest is alternative energy. Getting us out of Iraq has helped our debt issue some but until Afghanistan is good than, well you know.
