Whats the normal power for a green laser pointer to see the beam clearly?10 POINTS BEST ANSWER!!?

I want to buy a green laser pointer and i want to know the standard power, NOT like double a batteries, LIKE 50mw OR what ever or 100nm

and what is the starting power of a burning laser?

    Good clearness starts at around 15mW, but if you want serious laser action then go for a 125mW one.

    According to my link the 125mW ‘tingles’ the skin but can etch into things like rubber and burn through tape.

    I have a green laser and it is 5mw. It is much brighter then those cheap red ones that are usually 1mw. I have no idea about a burning laser. No matter how powerful your laser is you cannot see the beam from the side unless the air is dusty or smokey.
